All items are in stock at time of listing.
We strive to keep an accurate count of inventory at all times, but there may be incidents where items are out-of-stock at time of sale. If this should occur, we will contact you immediately to offer you a refund, and will notify you of any backorder ETA, should you wish to still purchase the item from us.
Payment options include: Google Checkout, Paypal, Credit Card Processing through Google Checkout, Cashier's Check, Money Order, and Personal Check. Please allow additional time for order processing with personal check as we will need the check to clear our bank before order will be shipped.

Return / Refund:
Please keep your invoice and contact Lambert Sundry ( sales@lambertsundry.com ) to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
Returned merchandise for a return / refund must meet the following conditions:
-RA # must be printed clearly on the outside of the carton.
-Returned in original packaging
-Returned within 15 days
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation
If the RA# or return shipping label is placed on the manufacturer's packaging, the item will not be in resalable condition, and will not be eligible for return.
Merchandise returned for a refund will be charged at 20% restocking fee. Return shipping must be prepaid, no COD's accepted.
Exchange:
Please keep your invoice and contact Lambert Sundry ( sales@lambertsundry.com ) to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
Returned merchandise for an exchange must meet the following conditions:
-RA # must be printed clearly on the outside of the carton.
-Returned with original packaging
-Returned within 15 days
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation of reason for exchange
If the merchandise you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued promptly.
Defective merchandise, after 30 days, must be returned to the manufacturer, under their specific warranty allowances.
Items damaged in shipping:
Contact the package carrier and file a claim using the package tracking number. Lambert Sundry will not accept merchandise damaged in transit.
Items not eligible for return are:
1. Special orders, closeout items, and discontinued items.
2. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse, or commercial use.
3. Color copiers, printers, fax machines, toner cartridges, and consumables.
4. Items sold in "used" or "as-is" condition.

Shipping and Handling:
Freight is calculated as follows: actual freight (using dimensional weight calculation) + insurance + $1.50 handling and materials + hazmat charges (if applicable)
All "New Merchandise" orders are sent out with insurance.
